To begin with this one, let me explain something very true about me, ever since I fell from doing chin ups on the door frame trim. I have not been comfortable with heights, in fact I have been scared, I used to love climbing trees to see how high I could get without any sort of issues. This event changed that. The annotation is correct on the page editor but not on publishing for some reason with spacing.

You can still see the rope tied to the tree that I used to climb up it. Yes, at the bottom of the pic is the top of the first floor to my roof. The peak of the roof is higher than another floor 22″ rafters at 33º off top of my head. I want to say approximately another 12″ to 14″. And branch was maybe 1″ or so above the roof. So total about is 10″+12″+1 23″ to 25″. This is an estimate I know I wouldn’t dare use a 22″ ladder on it just as a f.y.i..
Refer to Testimony #X in 2016 that took place prior to this and that situation being only 10″. Testimony #X are not in chronological order at the moment. But as I feel like writing them. Eventually I will update in that order but as of now I am leaving as such, so I can at least get one of the situations documented while I have time.

The top one was where I was at the blue rope I used to climb up it, but as you see it’s lower than where I was, so I had to use the yellow one to go down. Yes, that’s climbing rope (best rope I have ever used and could handle over 1200lbs of drop weight (this is different than normal weight because it accounts for physics of the fall or the sudden impact), and a small nylon rope.

From the roof its little bit higher where was originally cut which I was at that level, but as you noticed in pic above the rope was on a lower one, that’s how I climbed up it, the top one top one is the one I fell from. I originally tried to cut it from my roof, but the pole saw was only 6″ and 2 times maybe 3 times, I think using it and it was battery powered but didn’t see the expense of a gas powered one being cost effective. At 3-4x the price. So, I proceeded to just climb it, originally the rope was to catch it from the drop weight. I didn’t want it to bounce or destroy my fence. I’ve worked tree work prior and climbed plenty. 2″ sections are normally the proper cutting to not damage roofs
So, with that information I can tell what happened. I recognized I needed to prune the tree or reduce its volume because the top branch was hitting my neighbor’s roof and I didn’t want it to cause damage to his home, or against my insurance. I assess what I needed for the situation tool wise did the research, then proceeded to determine how to get up there because I knew ladders weren’t safe, but didn’t have actual climbing belts, spikes, and etc. nor saw investment worthy. So when I decide I am going to go work on it, I reflect my emotions and become scared of the heights that I might fall. So, before I go up the tree, I pray. then while I am up in the tree I think some wind or loss of balance scares me and I pray again. Then before I go down I pray. Asking to not fall and hurt myself. Before I go down, I realize the rope that was actually meant for climbing is on the branch below and I am not going to try to drop or swing down to it, I saw it ending badly if i tried. So I decided to try to repel from it and simply go slow as possible. I wrap the rope about good 4-6 times around my had roughly and proceed. Soon as my weight lets fully off the branch and full weight hits my hands, they start sweating that badly and the rope literally just slid right through / out from ( happened so fast didn’t have much time to think before it was all over) my hand. I remember my legs are gonna come through my knees and to push off the tree so I don’t hit the root bed or trunk of the tree. It happened so quick I don’t think I got to push off like I had wanted or thought to. The ground comes that quick. Gravity took its course and I hit the ground but when I hit it, it didn’t have any impact it was like I landed on something softer than jumping on a bed or trampoline. The entire physics of the land something was removed or possibly several. When you think about it in that detail, there is much more than we actually attribute to everything, things God hasn’t allowed us to learn about or might ever. We know the world working in simply off physical responses for most people, most scholars and educated people know the world to exist only in a certain way. This completely defied everything that math and physics ever taught. literally there is no formula for anything where something is removed I just realized that. Its something other than unsolvable, that many may never understand or know. We have to understand and truly realize the actual truth about things. 1 My prayer worked who cares what physics and math say sometimes we have to accept things for how they are and as something that we cant understand happens but trust in who we pray to. Unknowingly and unintentionally did I fall trust me I thought I took every precaution and prayed first because I knew accidents can happen, but God can prevent things or stop remove any kind of helpful measure to a situation that we simply don’t know how to describe or that might not have a word for. How could we know to ask for something if we didn’t know a word for something? God knows, but we might not or might be certain groups knowledge. But likely it might be something unknown to any human at the time or possibly ever. But faith, even when I fell I didn’t doubt I didn’t know what was happening. Never blamed God though but OH MY GOODNESS was I SO happy and thankful when I landed. And still to this day think about how my legs didn’t come out my knees thanks to God. With this when you pray, be sure to word everything as best or accurate as you can possibly be. My words were very simple at the time so that I didn’t fall and get hurt. He showed me I could fall and not get hurt. I just realized that right now 🙂 so, I think in the future I should word better or much more detailed / specific. Words are unique and have to be used as such because though they might be similar they apply differently to situations. I will share what I know about with praying for everyone to see and understand about it with what is necessary.

*Look up verses in your Bible
*Key verses to the lesson
“In order to develop a healthy relationship with God, I must have a meaningful communication with Him. Prayer is communication with God. A believer’s spiritual strength is dependent upon his prayer life.
- Prayer is access to God.
*”For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.” * (Ephesians 2:18)
It is amazing that a holy God welcomes sinful man to communicate directly with Him. God shows me how much He loves me by listening to me.
2. Prayer is obedience to God
*”Pray without ceasing.” (1 Thessalonians 5:17
* Luke 18:1
An attitude of prayer should develop into a lifestyle. I should include God in all my daily decisions.
*Proverbs 3:5,6
3. Prayer is asking God for help.
*”Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and ye shall find. . . (Matthew 7:7)
* Psalm 46:1, 60:11
Man will never seek God until he recognizes his need for help We need help!
Will God hear my prayer?
Yes, God does hear prayer.
*”Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee . . . ” (Job 22:27)
God’s word tells us how He hears the prayers of men.
*Psalm 5:3, 65:2, Jeremiah 33:3
How should I pray
The disciples asked Jesus to teach them to pray. Jesus then gave us the following model for prayerr.
- Pray to God, not to impress people.
*Matthew 6:5-6
2. Do not pray by repeating empty words (reading a prayer card, chanting a prayer)?
*Matthew 6:7-8
3. Come to God with a respectful attitude.
*”After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.” (Matthew 6:9)
4. Desire God’s will in your life. Want what God wants.
*”Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10)
5. Ask for daily needs.
*”Give us this day our daily bread.” (Matthew 6:11)
6. Acknowledge your sins and forgive those who have sinned against you.
*”And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.” (Matthew 6:12)
7. Pray for spiritual protection and help.
*”And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil . . .” (Matthew 6:13)
8. Accept that God is in control and that he deserves all glory.
*” For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, forever. Amen. (Matthew 6:13)
Additional examples of prayer:
Prayer of Jabez 1 Chronicles 4:10
Paul’s Prayer Ephesians 3:14-21 ; Colossians 1:9-11
Why does it seem that some prayers do not get answered?
It is possible for a Christian to hinder his own prayers. How?
- By not asking.
*”. . . yet ye have not, because ye ask not.” (James 4:2)
2. By asking selfishly
*” Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.” (James 4:3)
A selfish prayer can be harmful to us and to others. Much like a father’s saying “No” to a child who is asking for something that could harm him. God protects us from selfish requests.
3. By not having a proper relationship with his spouse.
*”Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.” (1 Peter 3:7)
4. By not confessing sin.
*” If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:” (Psalm 66:18)
Sin blocks our ability to communicate with God. When sin fascinates us more than our relationship with God, He will not hear us. Acknowledging our sins reconnects us with God.
*Isaiah 59:1-2
- Keep a list.
A List can help you remember someone for whom you want to pray. Some people find it helpful to use pictures of people in need of prayer.
2. Schedule a time.
*”Evening, and morning, and at noon, I will pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice:” (Psalm 55:17)
*”Matthew 14:23
To build a healthy habit, choose a time and do your best to keep it.
3. Find a place.
*” And when he had sent them away, he departed into a mountain to pray.” (Mark 6:46)
*”Genisis 19:27
It is important to have a quiet place to pray. Choose some places in your life and designate them as prayer places.
4. Keep a record of your answered prayers.
*” I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me . . .” (Psalm 118:21)
This way you can encourage yourself and increase your faith by seeing what God has done through your prayer efforts.
